Network Operations Engineer . The Network Operations Engineer will manage the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of the company’s network infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, high-performance, and secure connectivity across all locations, data centers, and cloud environments. Configure, maintain, and optimize routers, switches, and firewalls to support business operations. Monitor network health, capacity, and performance to ensure uptime and quality of service. Respond to and resolve network incidents, outages, and degradations in a timely manner. Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and expansions of the network environment. Support integration of cloud services and remote access technologies (VPNs, SD-WAN, etc.). Work closely with the Security Operations team to implement secure networking practices. Create and maintain detailed network diagrams, configurations, and operational documentation. Qualifications
Proven experience with routing, switching, and firewall management. Hands-on knowledge of Cisco networking platforms and/or Palo Alto Networks technologies. Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP or Palo Alto Networks PCNSE. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in complex environments. Familiarity with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.). Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and related protocols. Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Cultural Fit
