The Manager, Quality Systems is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing an effective Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, supporting operations in the U.S. and Mexico. Essential Job Functions:

Manage and improve QMS documentation and methods. Maintain QMS documentation for the Aftermarket Americas Division. Interpret and create quality documentation meeting Safran, customer, and regulatory standards. Ensure regulatory documentation (FAA, EASA, CAAC, UK CAA) is current and compliant. Lead lean/six sigma initiatives to evaluate products and processes. Analyze root causes of deficiencies and implement corrective actions. Lead cross-functional process improvement teams. Develop cost-effective strategies for continuous improvement. Provide training on QMS to Safran employees. Mentor team members on QMS principles. Align processes across AMA sites. Lead or delegate responsibilities as needed. Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory standards; lead certification efforts. Develop relationships with customer procurement and quality teams. Manage QMS audits, including internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or 8+ years managing quality systems. Certification in ISO 9001/AS9100/AS9110 audits. Compliance with Environmental, Safety & Health policies. Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 implementation. FAA Repair Station experience preferred. Certifications like CQE, CQA, CQMgr preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of AS9100, AS9110, ISO9001, Mil-Std. Understanding of Safety Management Systems. Expertise in Lean, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma. Problem-solving skills (A3, 8D). Experience leading remote projects. Manufacturing and repair process knowledge. Multitasking across projects. International regulatory and business experience. Effective communication across levels. Independent and team work skills. Willingness to travel; valid driver's license and passport. Spanish proficiency is a plus. Additional Information

Travel: Up to 30% between Grand Prairie, TX, and Mexicali, MX, and other locations. Physical Demands: Stationary work, occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, use of office equipment. Work Environment: Office and repair facility with low to moderate noise levels. Company Overview
