Site Quality Manager- Part 145 Repair Station (Aerospace) is a hands-on, detail-oriented role at a FAA-certified repair station, leading quality control and assurance functions. The site employs approximately 40 team members. The role is the primary quality authority on site and oversees AS9110 Quality Management System compliance, serving as the liaison to the FAA and other regulatory bodies. Maintain compliance with Repair Station Quality Manual (RSQM) and FAA regulations. Serve as primary liaison with the FAA, including communication of revisions and acknowledgments. Host external audits and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies, customers, and the Safran Group. Lead internal product/process audits and ensure resolution of non-conformance issues. Collaborate with site leadership and engineering teams to drive product improvements. Ensure proper documentation, calibration, inspection procedures, and training programs are maintained and compliant. Validate qualifications and training for all personnel with inspection and supervisory authority. Manage and maintain the list of maintenance contractors per regulatory requirements. Support a safety-first culture by ensuring HSE policy compliance across repair station operations. Qualifications

Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred. 5+ years of experience in a QA/QC role. 5+ years of experience working directly with FAA regulations strongly preferred. Prior supervisory experience and team leadership required. Experience with ERP systems. Auditing experience strongly preferred. FAA Airframe and Powerplant license and/or FAA Repairman Certificate (or ability to obtain). Strong understanding of AS9100. FAA, EASA, and 14 CFR Part 21, 43, 65, and 145 preferred. Skilled in technical writing, documentation control, and interpreting regulatory and engineering documents. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality tools/methodologies. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with NDT procedures and precision measuring instruments a plus.
