Speridian Technologies is hiring: ServiceNow Tester, Part-Time in Sacramento

Speridian Technologies is seeking a part-time ServiceNow Tester for our client, a State of CA Agency. This remote position can be performed from anywhere in the USA, provided you can work Pacific time hours. If you meet the requirements below, we encourage you to apply. Job Duties

• Design, develop, and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests.
• Create and maintain clear test cases, test data, and traceability to requirements.
• Validate UI/UX behavior, accessibility basics, and responsiveness across channels (portal/workspace/native).
• Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing across CSM/ITSM/PSDS flows and ESC Pro, Government Service portal experiences.
• Document defects with reproducible steps; collaborate with dev/product for timely closure.
• Report testing status, risks, and coverage; contribute to UAT support.

Requirements

• 3+ years testing on ServiceNow (CSM/ITSM required; PSDS and ESC Pro strongly preferred).
• Hands‑on ATF experience (authoring, data setup, maintenance, CI integration is a plus).
• Strong understanding of personas, fulfiller roles/skills, and multi‑workspace validation, custom application testing.
• Excellent documentation skills; detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive communicator.

Nice to have

• Experience with CSM Workspaces, Record Producers, Catalog Items, User Criteria, and ACLs.
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics, VA, Flow Designer, and UI Builder. External User registration process validations.
• Exposure to accessibility (WCAG basics) and cross‑browser testing.
• ISTQB or ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS: CSM/ITSM, Micro‑cert: ATF/PA/UI Builder).
