Receptionist – Mental Health Clinic (In-Person)

Orlando, FL | Full-Time | On-Site Only

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our growing mental health clinic in Orlando. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using our electronic scheduling system
  • Check in patients and manage intake forms
  • Verify insurance information and collect co-pays or payments as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
  • Support clinical and administrative staff with general office tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical, mental health, or office reception role preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and scheduling software (EHR experience a plus)
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be dependable and punctual

Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (some flexibility may be required)
  • Location: In-person, Orlando, FL
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate; based on experience
