Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with experience in recruiting, with a focus on technical recruiting, to join our talent acquisition team. The Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across corporate functions including information technology, client advisory, and other areas. The ideal candidate can build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements for open roles.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract technical and non-technical candidates, including leveraging professional networks, job boards, LinkedIn, SeekOut and direct outreach.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and professional engagement.
- Provide data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to stakeholders, highlighting hiring trends and challenges.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote employer brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-10 years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
- 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience preferred.
- Proven history of successfully managing multiple searches and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
The base salary range for this position is $95,000-$125,000. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. Eligible employees may participate in a 401(k) plan with a company profit sharing contribution, medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability coverage and paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
