Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) – Full Time, 11 PM – 7 AM – URGENTLY HIRING

Join to apply for the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) – Full Time, 11 PM – 7 AM – URGENTLY HIRING role at Lions Gate CCRC. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the CNA provides total care and supports residents’ personal hygiene and daily living needs while coordinating care across departments.

Shift and Compensation
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, 11 pm – 7 am shift. Sign‑on bonus: $1,500. Pay: $20.00 – $21.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care, including toileting assistance, bed baths, dressing, oral care, and personal hygiene services.
• Maintain residents’ comfort, cleanliness, and safety using assistive devices such as walkers, wheelchairs, and lift sheets.
• Document vital signs, intake & output, and other required data; perform specimen collection as needed.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of residents and support nursing staff during procedures such as isolation care, exercise, and massage.
• Prevent decubitus ulcers by repositioning residents at least every two hours.
• Support recreational and occupational therapy activities and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant training and current certification in good standing on the New Jersey Nurse Aide Registry.
• High school diploma or GED; valid New Jersey CNA license.
• Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward residents, families, and co‑workers.
• Compliance with all state and federal regulations, including OSHA safety protocols, HIPAA confidentiality, and dietary laws for a kosher environment.
• Completion of mandatory annual education and in‑service requirements.
