Accounting Manager

Queens, NY | Full-time | $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data. Manage the accounting team, support the month‑end close and reporting process, and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies. Play a key role in managing royalty accounting, licensing, and publishing transactions specific to the music industry, while supporting the Controller and senior leadership with financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in the music, entertainment, or media industry is strongly preferred.
