Overview

We are hiring for our client! A leading supplier of reliability test equipment and services company is seeking a versatile and experienced individual to join our dynamic team in a dual role as an Accounting Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various hands‑on accounting activities, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in processing day‑to‑day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other general ledger maintenance.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate and assist in the quarterly audit process.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a high‑tech or international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in ADP Work Force, accounting software, and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
