Housekeeping Lobby Attendant – Join the Baker's Cay Resort Key Largo team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance in our luxurious hotel. As a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant, you'll keep lobby public areas neat, vacuumed, dusted, and visually appealing, while ensuring mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors are clean and mark‑free. You will also remove trash, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lobby cleanliness and appearance, keeping all public areas neat, vacuumed, and dusted.
• Ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors are clean and mark‑free.
• Remove trash from all areas, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
• Provide exceptional customer service to discerning guests, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
