Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Production Assistant, you play a crucial role in supporting our production team in various aspects of the production process.

Location & Compensation

• Job: On site
• Location: Tampa, FL
• Pay Range: $950 – $1,150 per week
• Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the production team in day-to-day operations and planning activities.
• Coordinate logistics for production shoots, including scheduling, transportation, and equipment setup.
• Help in the preparation and maintenance of production equipment and materials.
• Support the crew during filming by managing tasks on set as needed.
• Assist with the organization of production files, including scripts, call sheets, and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a production environment or internship is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with production equipment and software is advantageous.
