We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our dynamic team immediately. The Production Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the production team in various aspects of the creative process. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about media, film, and television, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production tasks and ensure all equipment is prepared and functional.
• Support the production team in coordinating schedules and logistics for shooting days.
• Help set up and break down production equipment and sets before and after shoots.
• Manage and organize production paperwork, including call sheets and scripts.
• Provide assistance to crew members and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Assist with coordinating talent and crew arrivals on set.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a related field such as Film, Media, or Communications.
• Previous experience in production or related internships is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Proficiency in using production equipment and software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
