We’re hiring a Recruiting & Operations Coordinator to join our high-performance district team. This role blends recruiting coordination, administrative excellence, and operations support — ensuring our systems, events, and processes run with precision. You’ll be the right hand to the District Manager, directly impacting how efficiently our district attracts and supports top talent.

• 💰 Salary: $52,000–$63,000 annually + quarterly performance bonuses

• Source and screen candidates for agency owner and team member positions.
• Manage interview scheduling, postings, and communication via Zoho Recruit.
• Administer candidate assessments and maintain recruiting dashboards.
• Support payroll processing, reporting, and tax documentation.
• Coordinate events, training sessions, and recognition initiatives.
• Maintain organized files, calendars, and records.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently with agents and staff.

• 4–10 years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, payroll, or executive administration.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• High integrity and trustworthiness with sensitive data.
• Familiarity with Zoho Recruit, CRM/ATS, or payroll systems.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or small business environments.
