Job Description:

The Recruiter/Talent Sourcer will play a vital role in supporting high-volume hiring needs across the organization. This position will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of healthcare and administrative roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys building strong relationships throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing priorities and recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for both hourly and salaried positions.
  • Manage multiple requisitions at once while maintaining a steady candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate with hiring teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party partners on hiring updates and offers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • 35 years of recruiting or sourcing experience required; healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (Paychex preferred).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and clinical support functions.
  • Excellent organization, scheduling, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
