Job Description The Recruiter/Talent Sourcer will play a vital role in supporting high-volume hiring needs across the organization. This position will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of healthcare and administrative roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys building strong relationships throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing priorities and recruitment strategies.

Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for both hourly and salaried positions.

Manage multiple requisitions at once while maintaining a steady candidate pipeline.

Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate with hiring teams.

Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party partners on hiring updates and offers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

3–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience required; healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

Proficiency in ATS platforms (Paychex preferred).

Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and clinical support functions.

Excellent organization, scheduling, and time management skills.

Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
