Recruiter – American Crane & Equipment Corporation American Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to support our high-performing Human Resources team. This full-cycle recruiting role is ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, delivering results, and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent in technical and niche industries. Location: 531 Old Swede Road – Douglassville, PA 19518 Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM–4:30PM – Full-time on-site Compensation: Competitive starting yearly salary based on experience and qualifications. Pay range: $60,000–$75,000 per year. What You’ll Do Handle the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake to onboarding Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job ads Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit Schedule interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process Coordinate background checks, offers, and onboarding tasks Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS and HRIS platforms Support recruiting initiatives such as job fairs, employer branding, and pipeline development What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field — or equivalent recruiting experience 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Proven success sourcing and hiring for niche roles in technical or manufacturing environments Skills & Knowledge Proficient with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms Strong sourcing ability with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards Knowledge of employment law and ethical hiring practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information Preferred Qualifications SHRM-CP or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter Experience recruiting for engineering, project management, or manufacturing roles Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruiting strategies Experience training hiring managers on interview best practices Key Attributes Results-oriented with strong follow-through Adaptable and collaborative Organized, resourceful, and professional Committed to ACECO’s core values and GRIT culture Benefits Competitive salary based on experience, skills, education, market data, etc Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and life insurance Wellness plan Tuition reimbursement Generous paid time off 401K retirement plan Holidays – paid time off Overtime opportunities & more!
