Join to apply for the Business Analyst role at TEKsystems We are hiring a Business Analyst in Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid) to partner with business and product teams to understand and document domain-specific processes. Responsibilities Partner with business and product teams to understand and document domain-specific processes. Conduct current state, future state, and gap analyses using process mapping techniques. Gather and validate complex product requirements. Author user stories and features with low to medium complexity; contribute to higher complexity workstreams. Build and maintain documentation including flowcharts, best practices, lessons learned, and proofs of concept. Co-facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, and sprint reviews. Assist in test plan creation and independently execute test scenarios. Qualifications Experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with workflow automation tools is highly desirable. Knowledge of financial services or similarly complex business domains is a plus. Ability to solve problems using technical judgment and precedent. Capability of working onsite in a hybrid capacity in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
