AdvanTech is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider looking for someone who can hit the ground running and grow with us. We’re searching for an experienced and capable IT Specialist who enjoys solving problems, supporting clients, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.
This isn’t your typical help desk role. We need someone who can take on real technical challenges, communicate clearly, and own their tasks with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Do Provide remote and onsite support for workstations, servers, networking gear, and VoIP systems
Assist with server deployments, including domain controllers and application servers
Support Windows AD environments, Office 365, Hyper‑V virtualization, and terminal servers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving workstations, printers, email, VPNs, firewalls, and more
Maintain internal documentation and follow team processes
Deliver excellent customer service with clear, confident communication
What We’re Looking For Someone who enjoys troubleshooting and solving real‑world IT problems
Strong communication skills, especially when speaking with non‑technical users
Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Server, basic networking (DHCP, IP schema), and Hyper‑V
Experience with Ubiquiti gear or similar networking equipment is a plus
Ability to manage tasks independently and take initiative
Based in the Warner Robins/Macon area with reliable transportation
