Base pay range
$220,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr Labor & Employment Attorney
Compensation: Up to $235,000 Base Salary + Bonuses Location: Remote (must be licensed in California) Type: Full-Time Responsibilities
Represent employers in federal and state courts, as well as administrative proceedings. Handle all phases of employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Counsel clients on wage & hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace issues. Draft legal memoranda, position statements, and settlement agreements. Manage client relationships with excellent communication and responsiveness. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school. Active California Bar admission (in good standing). 3–15 years of Labor & Employment experience. Skills: compensation, bar, employment litigation, litigation
