Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a cutting-edge automotive technology organization, is seeking a skilled Automotive Software Sales Executive. This role is responsible for driving sales of complex software solutions within the automotive sector, building relationships across all organizational levels, and traveling as needed to support customer engagements.

Job Duties

Drive full-cycle sales of automotive software and services, from planning to closing

Manage relationships and develop new business within automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers

Present and position technical solutions against competitive offerings

Tailor sales strategies to align with customer development lifecycles and needs

Utilize CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) to track pipeline and customer interactions

Deliver compelling product presentations to both technical and executive audiences

Travel to customer sites as needed

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience selling software solutions in the automotive industry

Familiarity with Classic AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR, embedded systems, cybersecurity, Connected Car, HMI, testing/tools, or related engineering services

Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas

Understanding of software development processes in automotive environments

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce

Willingness and ability to travel to client sites

Exposure to in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) technologies

Experience working with major automotive tech players
