As an Associate Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of exceptional candidates for some of the most impactful technical roles in the market.
This position is remote, India-based, and requires hands-on experience in U.S. IT recruitment and startup hiring.
The Role This isn’t just about sourcing — it’s about being a strategic sourcing partner to recruiters and account managers. You’ll craft creative approaches to connect top technical talent with fast-growing U.S. startups. You’ll work across engineering, AI/ML, product, and GTM roles, supporting multiple high-priority searches in competitive markets.
You’ll combine sourcing expertise, storytelling ability, and market insight to fuel our clients’ growth while delivering a world-class candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Be a Talent Strategist – Partner with recruiters and account managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Discover Top Talent – Use LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean and X‑Ray searches, and other platforms to identify top U.S. talent.
Tell the Story – Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that conveys each client’s mission, culture, and opportunity.
Build for Now & Later – Develop pipelines of passive talent for current and future hiring needs.
Share Market Insights – Provide data‑driven feedback and market intel to refine hiring profiles and strategies in real time.
Measure & Improve – Track sourcing metrics, assess funnel health, and optimize your approach using data.
Champion the Candidate Experience – Ensure all candidate interactions reflect RFS’s high standards of professionalism, clarity, and care.
Optimize Data & Tools – Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and pipelines in our ATS (RecruiterFlow).
What You’ll Bring Experience: 3–6 years of technical sourcing experience, must include U.S. IT/Software Engineering recruitment and startup hiring exposure.
Proven Success: Strong track record filling engineering, machine learning, and product roles for U.S.-based startups.
Tools Expertise: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X‑Ray search, and other sourcing platforms.
Diversity Focus: Experience with diversity sourcing and building inclusive talent pipelines.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create engaging, personalized outreach.
Role Assessment: Ability to evaluate candidates for engineering, AI/ML, product, and GTM roles.
Data‑Driven: Use metrics and insights to continuously refine sourcing strategy.
Organization: Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data and track key sourcing metrics (outreach, response rates, conversion).
Collaboration: Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, and fully remote environment.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Up to ₹100,000/month (based on experience & location)
Commission: Uncapped earnings on successful placements
