Litigation Paralegal

based in Chicago, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to support a team of experienced litigators on high-profile, complex matters in a professional, collaborative environment. Compensation:

$60,000 – $100,000/year (based on experience) Benefits:

Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Job Type:

Full-Time | On-Site/Hybrid Key Responsibilities

Support attorneys in all phases of

commercial, employment, and real estate litigation Draft, format, and file legal documents such as

motions, pleadings, discovery, and subpoenas Manage case files, trial exhibits, and preparation materials Coordinate

e-discovery

and document production using case management tools Conduct factual and legal research to assist in case development Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines Liaise with clients, court personnel, witnesses, and experts Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or

ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate 3+ years of experience in

litigation paralegal support , preferably in a law firm Working knowledge of

federal and Illinois state court rules

and procedures Experience using legal tech tools (e.g., Relativity, Trial Director, PACER) Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience

Background in

commercial litigation, employment disputes, or real estate law Experience supporting

non-compete, ERISA, or shareholder litigation
