Summary We are seeking a

highly motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney

to join a growing legal team in the Dallas area. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of immigration matters in a collaborative and supportive environment that values work-life balance, professional growth, and client service.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience across employment- and family-based immigration, a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal issues, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.

Responsibilities

Handle a diverse portfolio of immigration matters including:

Nonimmigrant visas such as H-1B, E, L, O, P, H-3, J, K, and U

I-130 and I-140 immigrant petitions and accompanying Adjustment of Status (I-485)

PERM Labor Certifications (Department of Labor)

EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions

Investment-Based and Treaty Trader visas (EB-5 and E-2)

Marriage-based cases, naturalization/citizenship applications, and removal of conditions

Political asylum and other humanitarian immigration matters

Provide legal guidance to clients and manage communications throughout the case lifecycle.

Review and supervise paralegal work to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Maintain an organized, high-volume caseload and meet deadlines for filings and client updates.

Stay current on changes to immigration law, regulations, and policy guidance.

Participate in firm initiatives, trainings, and case review meetings.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Active member of a state bar in good standing.

Minimum of 3 years of immigration law experience.

Strong background in employment-based and family-based immigration processes.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Experience leading or mentoring paralegals or support staff is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and immigration case management software.
