Data Center Developer
who is seeking an experienced
Electrical Engineer
to join their team in Dallas, Texas. This role will play a key part in delivering large scale, mission critical data center projects from concept through commissioning. Key Responsibilities
Support electrical design coordination and review throughout all project phases. Oversee the installation and integration of electrical systems, including MV/LV power distribution, UPS, generators, and switchgear. Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and technical requirements. Monitor on site electrical works, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and code standards. Manage RFIs, submittals, and technical documentation related to electrical systems. Work alongside MEP disciplines to support full system commissioning and handover. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical engineering for data center or mission critical projects. Strong technical knowledge of power systems, grounding, and emergency backup infrastructure. Familiarity with relevant electrical codes (NEC, NFPA, etc.). Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools preferred. Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
