What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts
Own customer engagements from prospecting and qualification to closing
Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns
Champion and embed the employer's cultural principles as they scale globally
Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to engage potential clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
Proven track record of consistent quota overachievement in complex accounts with $100k+ ARR transactions
Experience handling enterprise deal sizes and C-level relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel monthly to meet customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)
Awards for top achievement (e.g., President’s club, Winner’s circle, Top 10%)
