What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts

Own customer engagements from prospecting and qualification to close

Execute a solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns

Champion and embed the company’s cultural principles as we scale globally

Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to identify and connect with potential customers

What is Required (Qualifications):

5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role

Proven track record of consistent quota over‑achievement in complex accounts and $100k+ ARR transactions

Experience managing enterprise deal sizes and C‑Level relationships

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

Willingness to travel monthly to meet customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)

Awards for top achievement (President’s club, Winner’s circle, Top 10%)
