Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metropolitan Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes managing a diverse customer base, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Company benefits include 3% retirement contribution, health insurance, car allowance, and base salary plus uncapped commission.
Qualifications
Sales Presentations, Relationship Building, and New Business Development skills
Excellent Communication skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing & material handling industry
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Ergonomic principles is a plus
Knowledge and Technical Skills related to Industrial Manufacturing
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to travel as needed
