Contradict Capital is a values-driven family office focused on investing in established, well-run businesses across the East Coast. We build long-term partnerships with exceptional teams, prioritizing integrity, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Our team brings decades of experience across Harvard Business School, Microsoft, ADIA, Onex, Thomas H. Lee, Rothschild, and high-growth operating companies. We combine rigorous investing with hands‑on operational support to help portfolio companies grow and thrive. Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, performance tracking, and value creation across our portfolio companies. The Analyst will partner directly with operating teams, finance leads, and investment professionals to build budgets, analyze results, and improve decision-making through data and insight. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy—offering exposure to multiple industries, direct collaboration with senior leadership, and a chance to shape how our businesses scale. Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Performance & Analysis

Develop and maintain consolidated reporting across portfolio companies. Analyze monthly and quarterly results, identifying trends and drivers of performance. Build dashboards and KPIs to track financial health and operational metrics. Support portfolio review materials for internal and external stakeholders. Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes. Partner with operating teams to model revenue, cost, and margin dynamics. Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity models to support decision-making. Operational Finance & Value Creation

Identify margin expansion and cost-optimization opportunities. Support pricing, procurement, and capital allocation analyses. Build scalable financial models to inform key strategic initiatives. Investment & Transaction Support

Collaborate with the investment team on pre-acquisition financial reviews. Integrate new acquisitions into the portfolio reporting framework. Support development of post-close tracking and KPI alignment. Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance. Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; CPA/CFA a plus. What we Offer

Direct exposure to both investing and operating teams. Meaningful influence over financial strategy at growing portfolio companies. Mentorship from leaders with deep institutional and entrepreneurial backgrounds. Competitive compensation package and long-term growth potential. Compensation Range:

$75K - $125K
