Join to apply for the Area Sales Manager - South Dakota role at Stellantis The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships. The ASM will serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development including forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line ensuring the dealer orders meet market demand and managing monthly vehicle scheduling to ensure maximum production capability within the area. Additional responsibilities will include reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and providing consultation on improvement opportunities, review and analysis of dealer financial statements as well as consult with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve their retail operations. In addition, this role will ensure that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines, as well as ensuring proper levels of sales satisfaction are present at all dealerships. The Area Sales Manager will motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals. Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between Stellantis and Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships to support retail development. Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line and ensure dealer orders meet market demand. Manage monthly vehicle scheduling to maximize production capability within the area. Review minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on improvement opportunities. Maintain appropriate levels of sales satisfaction at all dealerships and motivate independent entrepreneurs to higher performance levels. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 2+ years of sales or marketing experience Lives in or near South Dakota or is willing to relocate for the position Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Excel in building positive working relationships Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals Benefits
