Key Skills & Qualifications :

Valid RN license in Massachusetts

1-2 years of recent experience in telemetry, step-down, or similar units

Strong proficiency with trachs, vents, high-flow nasal cannula, cardiac drips, BiPAP, and telemetry monitoring

Certifications : ACLS and BLS required

Ability to float to other units as needed

Excellent critical thinking and patient management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Experience with high-acuity patient scenarios

Prior exposure to multi-specialty care environments

Additional certifications or training in respiratory or cardiovascular care

Preferred Education & Experience :

Valid Massachusetts RN license

Minimum of one year of bedside experience in medical telemetry or intermediate care settings

Demonstrated competency in managing complex patients with respiratory and cardiac needs
