Senior Manager, Financial Performance and Insights The Senior Manager, Financial Performance and Insights is responsible for driving data‑driven insights to support Circle K’s Global Digital Experience initiatives. This includes detailed customer value analysis, profitability assessments, KPI monitoring, performance benchmarking, and the development of forecasting models and ROI calculations. The role collaborates closely with Digital, Analytics (D&A), Finance and Loyalty teams to provide actionable insights and ensure alignment with corporate priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and implement analytics to support Loyalty initiatives, aligning with Circle K’s strategic priorities.

Conduct detailed campaign analysis and profitability assessments across products.

Collaborate with Digital, D&A and Finance teams to ensure alignment with organization goals.

Partner with Product, Loyalty and other stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Continuously evaluate and propose new opportunities for program improvement and upsell.

Lead process improvements and performance measurement developments in partnership with D&A and Digital teams.

Share best‑practice insights to support digital strategy alignment.

Skills Required

Very strong analytical and financial skills.

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Knowledge of loyalty programs and digital marketing strategies.

Experience with BI and analytical tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL).

Preferred experience in strategic consulting.

Qualifications and Experience

A higher degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related discipline.

5+ years in strategic consulting, analytics or customer lifecycle management.
