We are looking for an experienced

IT Project Manager

to lead and deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful IT initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects across various domains including software development, infrastructure, and systems integration. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and dashboards. Manage resource allocation, risk assessment, and change management throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with cross-functional teams — developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders — to ensure project alignment. Track project progress and performance using standard project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client review meetings. Identify issues and roadblocks proactively, implementing corrective actions to ensure project success. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding project status and milestones. Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience managing IT projects end-to-end. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com. Excellent knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). Exposure to ERP, CRM, or digital transformation projects. Familiarity with DevOps practices and ITIL processes. Skills: it,project,project management,projects,management Seniority level
