About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and drive the successful execution of technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. The TPM will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively.

Technical Leadership: Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, code quality, and timely delivery. Support technical decision‑making and architecture discussions.

Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

Agile & Scrum Methodology: Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Budget & Resource Management: Track project budgets, optimize resource utilization, and ensure cost‑effective execution.

Process Improvement: Implement best practices and tools for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

8 years of experience in technical project management or a similar role.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.

Hands‑on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.

Excellent problem‑solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Experience in managing cross‑functional and remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Understanding of modern software development frameworks such as Microservices, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
