What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Cultivate and secure new lines of business within targeted accounts for Adobe Digital Experience solutions

Recruit, coach, mentor, and manage a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets

Sell into multiple levels of an organization and empower the field team

Develop effective sales strategies and collaborate with solutions consulting teams for compelling product demonstrations

Ensure smooth operations within the Sales department, including accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications)

5-10 years of successful software sales leadership experience within the enterprise space

10+ years of overall experience in software selling, ideally with a mix of software and services

Experience selling to CIOs, CDOs, and CMOs is highly valued

Strong presentation skills, executive presence, and influencing skills are critical

BA/BS degree required or equivalent related experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of large, complex sales models and experience selling emerging technologies

Highly motivated with a proven ability to develop a success-oriented sales team
