Territory Manager

to their team in

Akron, OH . This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and brings a strong background in

commercial and industrial roofing project management . The ideal candidate will have at least

5+ years of experience

overseeing roofing projects across

healthcare, industrial, and education sectors , with typical project budgets ranging up to

1mil+ . This role combines business development, project oversight, and client relationship management — perfect for a results-driven professional who knows how to grow a territory and deliver exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with key clients across commercial, healthcare, and industrial markets.

Oversee roofing projects from estimating through close-out, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal operations to ensure project success.

Identify new business opportunities and manage bid strategies within assigned territory.

Track and report on project progress, budgets, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing commercial and industrial roofing projects.

Proven experience with healthcare, education, and industrial facility roofing systems.

Strong understanding of roofing assemblies, materials, and installation methods.

Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Local market knowledge and established industry contacts are a plus.
