Behavior Analyst – BCBA
Our Client is a full‑service provider that specializes in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities. Their holistic approach addresses the whole individual by collaborating with doctors, therapists, schools and specialists.
Position We are looking for a qualified behavior analyst to join our team in Huntington Park, CA. The role involves designing and overseeing ABA treatment programs, continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, consultation and problem solving to help each client reach their potential.
1‑Year or Less of Experience – $78,000 to $83,500
More than 1 Year of Experience – $85,000 to $89,000
Overtime with hourly differential offered
W2 position only (no 1099)

Requirements
Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis or related program
Licensure and certification in Behavior Analysis required
3 years’ experience working in an ABA setting (RBT or BCaBA experience counts)
Will consider newly board‑certified BCBA applicants
Experience treating autism
Experience administering Verbal Behavior assessments and other ABLLS
Experience supervising RBTs and trainees
Ability to work independently as the clinical supervisor for the ABA department
Responsibilities
Full‑time (up to 27.5 billable hours per week or 5.5 per day)
Schedule: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Clinical settings: stand‑alone clinics or in‑home therapy & school
Telehealth: some in‑home therapy hours may be telehealth (50%) – all center‑based therapy hours must be in‑person
Supervise RBTs and trainees
Assess and develop individualized behavior treatment plans (IBTs)
Administer skill‑based assessments and treatment planning using individualized language play and skill‑based curricula
Provide assistance to children with special needs
Maintain a holistic approach to care involving family, school and community
