As a
BCBA Therapist , you will design, implement, and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You\'ll work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to foster positive behavioral outcomes and support developmental progress. Responsibilities
Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) and develop customized behavior intervention plans Supervise and train RBTs, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols Provide ongoing evaluation, data analysis, and clinical updates Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed Qualifications
Master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Current
BCBA certification
required Licensed (or eligible) in the state of Michigan At least 1 year of ABA experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a passion for helping children What’s Offered
