Senior Delivery Manager
Flexible hybrid schedule (1-2 days onsite per month)
Contract – 1 year (W2) with potential for extension or full-time conversion
As the Sr. Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple cross-functional IT initiatives from planning through execution. This role requires strong alignment with business goals, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to define and manage delivery roadmaps. You will support project initiation, facilitate delivery, and ensure successful outcomes across a portfolio of initiatives. Key responsibilities include risk and dependency management, dashboard creation, and leading initiative-level meetings to drive business value.
Base pay range $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Minimum Qualifications
8–10 years of IT experience, including 6+ years managing complex projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills
Experience with cross-functional team collaboration and risk management
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA
Nice to Have
Experience in highly matrixed organizations
Familiarity with PI planning and E2E testing coordination
Responsibilities
Manage and report on complex, cross-functional IT projects
Facilitate initiative-level meetings and align stakeholders across business and technology
Define delivery plans, schedules, and dependencies
Track risks, issues, and progress across multiple initiatives
Support PI planning and ensure testing requirements are met
Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to project standards
