About the Club Racket Social Club (RSC) is a fast-growing racquet sports network delivering premium, community-driven experiences. Our Denver, Colorado location features 4 indoor padel and 4 pickleball courts, a modern lounge, and social spaces. RSC is currently operating 4 indoor and outdoor clubs, bringing the network to 17 padel courts and 6 pickleball nationwide, with more on the way.

Position Overview The Club Director is a highly visible, hands‑on leader responsible for the overall success of the Denver club. The role emphasizes traditional GM accountability — operations, financial performance, staffing, facility standards, member experience, and brand consistency — while also overseeing padel programming quality, calendars, and outcomes.

On‑court instruction is not the primary focus. Teaching may occur only as needed to support coverage or special activations, ensuring the majority of time remains dedicated to business operations and leadership.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations

Lead a “members first” hospitality culture with consistent, high‑touch service across the club.

Oversee day‑to‑day operations: programming, front‑of‑house, facilities, housekeeping, and service delivery.

Be a visible, approachable leader who is on the floor, engaging with members and staff.

Maintain compliance with safety protocols, licensing requirements, and company policies.

Align the Denver club with RSC brand standards across all touchpoints.

Padel and Pickleball Program Oversight

Own the programming calendar for leagues, clinics, social play, tournaments, and special events.

Ensure high instructional standards by managing and mentoring coaching staff and confirming program quality.

Use data and member feedback to evolve offerings, increase participation, and optimize court utilization.

Coordinate marquee events and community activations that elevate the RSC brand in Denver and the region.

Staffing & Culture

Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop a high‑performing team across operations, hospitality, and coaching.

Set goals and KPIs, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching for performance.

Foster a collaborative, professional culture grounded in service, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Member Experience & Community

Deliver a concierge‑style member journey, with proactive communication and rapid response to feedback.

Oversee newsletters, emails, website updates, and social content related to Denver programming and news.

Build local partnerships and sponsorships to drive awareness, acquisition, and community engagement.

Financial & Business Management

Build and manage operating and capital budgets; own P&L results.

Monitor KPIs, payroll, inventory, and expense controls; implement corrective actions as needed.

Drive membership growth and retention, and increase participation across programs and events.

Grow ancillary revenue streams, including retail, events, and food and beverage where applicable.

Facility Standards

Ensure courts, social areas, locker rooms, and all back‑of‑house areas are clean, safe, and on brand.

Coordinate with vendors and facilities teams on maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

Conduct daily walkthroughs and implement checklists to uphold RSC standards.

Reporting & Growth

Provide regular performance updates and action plans to ownership and senior leadership.

Share insights and best practices across the RSC network to support national growth and consistency.

Execute a strong new‑club launch plan and maintain momentum post‑opening.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Background in premium sports, fitness, lifestyle clubs, or hospitality strongly preferred.

Track record of operational excellence, team leadership, and hospitality‑level member service.

Proven results in membership sales, retention, and program participation.

Entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a fast‑growing, multi‑club organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field preferred.

5+ years of management experience in club, hospitality, or sports operations with P&L ownership.

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Tech‑savvy with comfort in club management platforms and KPI reporting.
