About the Role Candidate will support assigned service calls for 5‑6 retail stores within a geographical area. Will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on commercial RTUs and split systems as well as general maintenance related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, roofing, etc. Company vehicle, gas card, tools, iPad, and iPhone will be provided.

What You’ll Do

Perform assigned day‑to‑day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Complete maintenance and repairs, record as required.

Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete repair. Order necessary materials and supplies to finish the tasks. Use CMMS to manage work orders and track completion.

Lead troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include HVAC, plumbing systems, roofs, drains.

Inspect new installation for compliance with building codes and safety laws.

Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC/R, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.

Oversee and inspect the work performed by outside contractors.

Maintain the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.

Perform furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.

Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

Report and communicate daily all work activity via PDA device.

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or trade school training.

Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record with periodic checks.

Possess necessary skills to functionally operate a "full size" van/truck.

Universal CFC or EPA certification preferred.

Excellent social skills, including oral and written communications.

Use computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, and training.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
