Mobile Engineer at CBRE Location: Seattle, Washington, United States CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) delivers real estate solutions with a client-centric approach. This role supports service calls for 5-6 retail stores within a geographical area, performing troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial RTUs and split systems, as well as related maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, roofing, etc.). A company vehicle, gas card, tools, iPad and iPhone are provided. What You’ll Do

Perform day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance; complete maintenance and repairs and document as required. Review work orders, estimate time and materials, order necessary supplies, and use CMMS to manage work orders and track completion. Lead troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including HVAC, plumbing, roofs, and drains. Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety laws. Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC/R, plumbing) to ensure operation within design parameters and environmental requirements. Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors. Maintain building lighting systems, including element and ballast repairs or replacements. Perform furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed. Respond quickly to emergency situations and summon additional assistance as needed. Report and communicate daily all work activity via PDA device. What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or trade school training. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Able to operate a full-size van/truck. Universal CFC or EPA certification preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers and PDA for work order system, email, and training. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation. The minimum salary for the Mobile Engineer position is $56,160 annually ($27.00 per hour). The maximum salary for the Mobile Service Engineer position is $68,640 annually ($33.00 per hour). Benefits include 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance. Job Function & Seniority
