We are seeking a qualified

Senior Project Manager

to help our clients develop, contract, and implement natural gas and renewable energy generation projects while serving as Owner’s Engineer and/or Advisor.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive and proactive client relationships.

Achieve project schedule, quality, and profitability goals.

Serve as proposal champion, managing proposal preparation, review of contract terms, and risk evaluation.

Provide daily leadership to the project team and technical staff in completion of project activities.

Communicate and coordinate within the project team and with the client so that deliverables and expectations are understood and aligned.

Monitor project deliverables for quality, completeness, and conformance to client expectations.

Proactively maintain project budget and schedule, developing recovery plans for potential shortfalls.

Monitor the contracted scope of work and identify scope changes.

Provide training and mentoring to project team staff on project management and consulting issues.

Guide design or consulting work in the manager’s area of engineering expertise.

Report project progress to the local and regional accounting and operations teams.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or combination of degree and relevant project experience.

Minimum 10 years of relevant power generation project experience.

Registered Professional Engineer.

PMP Certification.

Experience designing or managing simple‑cycle and combined‑cycle EPC projects as owner, owner’s engineer, OEM, or EPC contractor.

Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.

Demonstrated business development skills.

Strong communication, leadership, planning, and mentoring skills.

Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and other relevant software.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

10 years of related experience.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management tools.

Excellent organizational, project management, and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Job schedule: Full‑time, Regular.

Targeted salary range: $118,703 – $223,125 (varies by experience and location).
