As a Senior Project Manager you will lead multi‑disciplinary national teams supporting natural gas and renewable energy generation projects, serving as Owner’s Engineer or Advisor. You will develop client relationships, manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables, and guide the project team to successful completion. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive and proactive client relationships. Achieve project schedule, quality, and profitability goals. Serve as proposal champion and assist with proposal preparation, contract review, and risk evaluation. Provide daily leadership to the project team and technical staff. Coordinate project activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality and client expectations. Monitor budget and schedule, develop recovery plans when necessary. Identify scope changes and maintain contract scope. Train and mentor project team staff on PM and consulting issues. Guide design or consulting work in the manager’s engineering area of expertise. Report project progress to local and regional accounting and operations teams. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of relevant power generation project experience. Registered Professional Engineer (required). PMP certification. Experience managing simple‑cycle and combined‑cycle EPC projects as owner or owner’s engineer. Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated business development skills. Strong communication, leadership, planning, and mentoring skills. Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and relevant software. Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field. 10 years related experience, with at least 5 years in project management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. Commitment to employee‑owned culture. Locations

Base salary range: $118,703 – $223,125 (varies by location). HDR offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, life, paid time off, retirement plan with employer match, and tuition reimbursement. Commitment to Equity
