Civil Engineer - Land Development/Design
Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
A well‑established, reputable, and growing engineering and land planning firm is looking for a Civil Engineer. We plan, design & manage projects to exceed client goals and invest in our employees.
We are looking to add a Civil Engineer to our Engineering team. The primary role is to provide engineering design and leadership for private land development projects.
What You Will Be Doing
Prepare site civil development plans including site and paving, grading, erosion control, watermain, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software.
What You Need For This Position
E.I.T. or P.E. strongly encouraged.
Experience in engineering design of land development projects.
Utility design experience.
Site grading experience.
Storm water management systems knowledge.
Zoning research experience.
Permitting research experience.
AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.
