We will play an integral role in shaping DaVita’s clinical strategy and overseeing the execution of key initiatives that support our shift to a value-based care model.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of project plans, defining milestones and ensuring on-time delivery.
Establish and track key performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on progress.
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of key initiatives, maintaining tools and workflows.
Monitor program performance, identify improvements, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align operational strategies and clinical outcomes.
Drive strategic direction of key Clinical Transformation initiatives.
Lead building consensus on best practices across stakeholders.
Oversee collaboration to pilot and scale new clinical programs.
Synthesize complex data and findings, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
Translate business challenges into strategic recommendations.
Travel: ~25% of the time.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
5–7 years of experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking or corporate strategy.
2–3 years of people‑leadership experience.
Experience or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Highly collaborative with ability to impact change.
