IT Director
to lead our infrastructure, security, and IT operations. Key Responsibilities Lead IT strategy, systems architecture, and infrastructure planning Oversee cybersecurity, compliance (SOC 2, GDPR), and risk management Manage cloud services (AWS/GCP), SaaS tools, and internal systems Establish IT policies, disaster recovery, and data protection protocols Requirements 4+ years in IT leadership, ideally in SaaS, media, or tech startups Strong background in cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration Excellent leadership and communication skills What We Offer Competitive salary + equity Remote flexibility A high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing AI company Seniority level
