About the team
As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll be supporting procurement for data center cabling installation category. Global Network Deployment (GND) Procurement team supports Network Deployment in obtaining the best services at the lowest costs. The Procurement Support team handles purchase requests and purchase order issuance, resolves invoice management and escalations, and aligns with AWS’ Spending and Transaction Policy (S&TP), along with follow-on activities with Requisitioning and Payment Operations.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of program or project management experience 1+ years of supply chain experience Please submit your resume in English. English knowledge at an intermediate level as this role supports the Americas. Completed Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
Develop strategies for cost reduction and process improvement within the procurement function. Adhering to company policies and legal regulations throughout the procurement process. Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $93,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
