Daybreak Miami Valley
Direct the organization's financial planning and accounting practices to ensure full financial accountability to the Daybreak Board of Trustees and ensuring the agency is in compliance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards, IRS, and other regulatory tax and government grant reporting requirements. The CFO will be responsible for designing, developing, and administering agency accounting procedures and practices. The CFO will prepare Daybreak's annual budget and quarterly fiscal reports for the Board of Trustees and Financial Audit Committee. They will monitor financial performance and results to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines. This is position will be responsible for Daybreak's overall risk management policies and plans as well as oversees monthly grant billings and summary budget preparation to monitor grant performance.

Manage relationships with banks
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
Ten (10) years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance, managing multiple funding sources required
Three (3) years supervisory experience required.
Nonprofit accounting and government grant experience preferred.
CPA or MBA preferred.
