Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage Amy’s liquidity, forecast and optimize cash flow, and support debt compliance and reporting. Oversee day‑to‑day treasury operations with a focus on bank account management, cash positioning, short‑term investing. Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across all entities. Prepare and maintain short‑and long‑term cash flow forecasts. Partner with Corporate Finance on long‑range planning, cash flow forecasting, and debt pay‑down strategy. Provide insights to senior management on cash flow trends, financing needs, and potential efficiencies. Support compliance with bank debt covenants and reporting requirements. Track borrowing base availability under the ABL facility and prepare borrowing base certificates. Coordinate with lenders on drawdowns, repayments, and collateral reporting. Support the administration of banking activities: account structures, new account setup, signatory maintenance, and treasury service implementations. Maintain bank portal access and KYC documentation, ensuring up‑to‑date compliance with global standards. Assist with bank fee analysis and treasury system improvements. Prepare monthly treasury reports, including cash flow variance analysis and debt schedules. Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to provide real‑time visibility into cash positions, liquidity, and treasury metrics. Support audits and internal controls related to treasury and financing activities. Analyze interest expense, debt amortization, and covenant ratios. Conduct scenario modeling and “what‑if” analyses to support business strategy. Identify and implement process improvements in treasury operations. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for treasury operations to ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards. Stay current on regulatory changes affecting treasury operations (e.g., SOX, SEC, banking regulations). Ensure adherence to internal controls and risk management policies. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CTP a plus. 2–5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking. Experience with asset‑based lending and bank debt compliance preferred. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with large ERP systems a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate complex information in a straightforward, non‑jargon way. Travel to Petaluma, California office may be required. Remote or Hybrid work option.
