Description The Identity & Access Management team builds and maintains scalable, reliable platforms that manage identities and secure access to corporate resources. The team of software developers and systems engineers blends vendor solutions with custom software to provide a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate is a passionate technologist eager to collaborate across disciplines, solve complex authentication and provisioning challenges, and continuously improve processes.
Responsibilities
Design and architect high‑quality software solutions.
Build and maintain web applications and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Ensure applications are responsive, performant, and resilient.
Solve complex authentication and identity business challenges.
Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to develop new features that meet business demands.
Troubleshoot, debug, and recommend long‑term solutions for recurring issues.
Provide high‑availability support for applications and platforms.
Qualifications
Passion for software development and familiarity with industry trends such as REST/GraphQL, Progressive Web Applications, and responsive design.
Ability to mentor junior developers on best practices.
5+ years of practical development experience.
Strong experience developing with Go.
Prior experience:
Relational database technologies, especially PostgreSQL.
Messaging technologies, especially RabbitMQ.
Openshift / Kubernetes.
Git and GitHub.
Continuous integration build tools (e.g., Codefresh, GitHub Actions).
Observability technologies such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana.
Strong experience with IAM concepts such as OAuth & OpenID Connect, SAML, etc. Preferred.
Experience with Okta preferred.
Experience with Splunk and structured logging a plus.
Knowledge of Vue or other UI frameworks a plus.
Passion for monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting performance issues.
Proven problem‑solving, change management, and technical planning skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and cross‑train team members in relevant technologies.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary Base pay: $102,800 – $128,500 annually. The range may vary by location and role.
